As mentioned in our last podcast, this recipe requires a whole bottle of wine. Young or old is up to you! I prefer a heavier wine during the cold months. Traditional beef bourguignons takes hours and hours…this recipe only requires an hour and a half but I suggest making it the night before. Stews AND soups are always better on the second day.
