goudaIn keeping with our age theme, I wanted to talk about one of my favorite cheeses – gouda.  I love this cheese for almost anything – snacking, on sandwiches, in fondue, in soups!  The Huffington Post shares my love and highlights some great recipes made with all ages of gouda.

    • No. Just as it doesn’t make me a bad foodie for not liking bleu cheese. I like milder cheeses. Alise likes those aged and moldy cheeses. I will stick with older wines and young cheese.
